SHIPPING:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total weight of the order and the current USPS rate schedule. Our default carrier is USPS but Bee Clean Products may, at our discretion, ship via the UPS or FedEx. Bee Clean Products reserves the right to alter shipping costs for special orders to reflect actual costs.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to the State of Florida. The tax will be waived with the receipt of a valid Florida Resale Certificate made out to Bee Clean Products.

RETURNS:

Please notify us no later than 30 days from receipt of merchandise if you wish to return an order. A return authorization is required for all returns. Return shipping charges will be pre-paid by customer.  Use our convenient Contact Form.

SHIPPING DAMAGES:

Bee Clean Products takes great care in packaging to assure safe delivery of your order. However, once the order has been released to the carrier, we cannot control how the packages are handled, Therefore, any damage caused in transit will be the responsibility of the carrier.
